Terms Of Reference for YouTube Video Competition

To participate in the Nepal Tourism Board/ “Nepal through my lens” YouTube competition, the participants must comply with the following terms and conditions.

The participants will be expected to deliver any of the following as required during the whole duration of the contract:
1. The participant must forward the concept for the general understanding of the making of video. 
2. The submitted video must be of high resolution and the optimal standards for the video are: 1080 25p/ 1080 29.97p or 30p. All material should be shot in 16:9, 4K.
3. The video must be at least 3-5 minutes long.
4. The submitted video must be clearly audible and the video is expected to be musical with English Subtitles.
5. The payment will be made within 30 days of video delivery.

To be eligible for prize money, the participant must submit:
1. High resolution file of the video.
2. Raw footages of the video clip.
3. Concept note and script maximum 1 page.
4. Resume, citizenship card and PAN card.

Copyrights and utilization rights:
1. NTB reserves the right to withhold all or parts of the payment if deliverables are not met.
2. NTB reserves the right to share high quality edited videos with tourism sector, government, diplomatic missions etc., for promotion of Nepal.
3. The second party shall ensure the user copyright of visuals, music, raw footages, and all materials required. Any infringement of the same leading to litigation shall be sole responsibility of second party.
